just got off the phone with a pest control company

my friend 'josh' is currently experiencing a bug infestation in his house. i told him to check here before going straight to the pest control company. he didn't check here. he just called a pest control company and he got: **\*\***western conifer seed bugs\*\***\*\* ! i told him to google that immediately so he knows what he is looking at.<br><br>now he is looking at \*\*3\*\* or \*\*400\*\* dollars for someone to come in and seal the entry points and then spray the walls and ceiling in case there are bugs or eggs up there. i want to let him know that there is either 1 or 2 bugs in his house and we can handle it on our own, or we can go for the 3 or 400 dollar option where they seal the entry points and spray the walls and ceiling. any input here pls?
