App That's Just A Home Screen Button that Always Shows Beta Version (1.0.1b)

When you open the app, you're just taken to a home screen of all the apps on your device, with the name of the app and a version number, like "Instagram (1.0.1b)" but no matter how hard you try to update the "beta", the beta version will never change. There could also be a "settings" button for the app itself that doesn't do anything.
