Why do adults all of a sudden like the poop emoji?

I’ve noticed now ads have the poop emoji, kids movies have the poop emoji, and even other websites use the poop emoji. Why? I am an adult, not a five year old.<br><br>Edit: I am not against the use of poop emoji, but why has it just now become this popular?
