I feel so alone

I'm a 45 year old woman with 2 teenage boys. I'm so alone it hurts. I don't even know where to go from here. I feel like I'm just "mom" to my boys and my husband and I have nothing in common. We've grown apart so much over the years. I don't have any hobbies or anything I enjoy doing. I'm just going through the motions of life right now. I don't know how to feel better. I don't want to feel like this anymore.
