This sub needs more content on how to deal with these riots

Some of us agreeing on the fact that these riots are coming from the police doesn’t help people who don’t know how to deal with their cities being looted and burned down, how to deal with all the police brutality, how to deal with the fact that they can’t get anything good when they go shopping.<br><br>So, I’ll share some free advice on what we can do to deal with that.<br><br>First of all, be safe. If you have some money of your own, and you can’t depend on the cops to protect you, be able to defend yourself, carry pepper spray, a taser, some pepper gel, etc.<br><br>Second of all, if you find yourself in a riot, you can either stay hidden in some place you can’t get farter from your surroundings, or you can run away. You can easily be killed by a stray bullet or by getting caught in a riot, even if you’re not involved. If you’re close enough to where the police and rioters are, just get as far away as possible, you can easily become a victim in the crossfire between police and rioters. If you can’t get far enough and are in a closed or relatively closed space, you can hide. If you’re in some place like a store, just stay inside for God’s sake. If you can’t get inside somewhere, just hide, just stand still and hide. <br><br>Third of all, never go to riot, don’t go to riot, it’s not safe, you’ll do more harm than good, looting has no purpose other than making innocent people suffer, and trying to throw things at police will only get you killed. <br><br>Fourth of all, if you’re in a place where rioters are looting and you can’t stay where you are for some reason, find a safe place, get away.<br><br>And lastly, don’t rely on the police for safety. It’s what led to these riots, since the government is only making things worse and the police are just making things worse, you need to be safe yourself.
