How do I approach a bug I don't know how to fix?

I've been working on some code for a while now, and I've encountered a problem that I don't know how to resolve. Here's what I've done so far:<br><br>\- I've looked at other code, and still don't see where I'm going wrong.<br><br>\- I've tried to debug, but I don't think I know how to use it properly.<br><br>\- I've tried to take some time off of the project, but it hasn't really helped me.<br><br>I still don't know what to do.
