Which People Have Ever Woken Up?

Agree with me, or let me know if you believe there are others who do not meet this criteria. By which people, I mean races, nationalities, or ethnicities. <br><br>If you look at history, all races and nationalities have had a period of time where they were actively engaged in promoting the idea that women are inferior to men, and where societies were structured to reinforce that idea. <br><br>However, when women said "hey, this might be unfair", instead of doubling down on that idea, many societies chose to dismantle those systems and grant women more power. <br><br>About the only people I can think of where this isn't true are Arabs, and then only if you only look at the last 100 years or so in the Arab world. If we look at ancient societies in the same area, such as the Phoenicians or Babylonians, then there were similar systems of patriarchy that eventually fell away. <br><br>However, in modern day Arab society, most people in the Arab world are committed to the idea that women are inferior and will tell women that they should be grateful for the amount of freedom they have. <br><br>I'm saying the Arab world is the only example of this because in every other society, there is a large portion of people who have woken up to the fact that patriarchy is fucked and are trying to dismantle it.
