I'm talking thin cuts, and cheap, so about $3-4 a pound. For some reason, cooking steak is kinda nerve wracking to me, so I'm looking for some solid ways to make some of this stuff not trash tier.

**Here's what works for me so far:**

* Black pepper
* Garlic powder
* Chili powder
* Paprika
* Anything citrusy
* Red wine vinegar
* Soy sauce
* EVOO
* No custards or creamy sauces
* No thyme
* No rosemary
* No olives
* No capers
* No feta
* No blue cheese
* No ranch or sour cream

**What doesn't work for me:**

* Balsamic
* BBQ sauce
* Worchester sauce
* Ketchup
* Hoisin sauce
* Honey
* Balsamic vinegar
* Arugula
* Fresh herbs
* Breading
* Fried food
* Cheese

I'm a stickler, so don't be afraid of telling me I'm a bitch lol but
This is just a recipe for me and my wife, we're a slow cooker couple and havent broiled anything in a slow cooker before
