What does a typical day of off the clock drug use look like for a pharmacist?

So obviously it's pretty rare to hear of pharmacists that use drugs while off duty. However I'm sure there are some out there. There's this one local pharmacist who always seems like he's high. I'm just curious what his daily routine is like.
