This isn't really a recipe post, but a little nod to our lovely community. I'm quite spoilt food wise and I have a great online friend over here who also sends me a proper set of meals every week.

Over the past few weeks I was living alone as my partner is away looking after my mother who's in a crisis. Today he got back and made a laundy basket full of meals, all from scratch, in a blunter: rice meatballs, chicken broccoli and cheese quiche, baked potatoes with sweet potato, beans and cheese, chorizo and bean soup, rice and lentils, a sweet potato lantern with hummus, bacon and cheese scones and some frozen meals for rl crises only. I could cry I'm so happy to have him back, and I have so much food now that I'll be set for weeks. I'm so grateful for him and also this community for helping me get a more varied diet.

Stay warm and have fun, friends!
