Today I made fried rice with scrambled eggs for lunch. Before eating I always leave a bit of food aside for the next day, no matter how little. The leftover food can be frozen and kept for a whole day, a nice snack besides the meals. <br><br>I also always try to keep aside 1/2 of a cup of rice and some leftover food to mix to make a rice ball. It’s a good practice so I never have to worry about the next meal. <br><br>It also gives me a sense of safety.
