Alright, i have downloaded 4chan on reditt, and made an account on 4chan, but how do i get the orange posters and stuff?

Hello. I've been wanting to get on 4chan because I've heard alot about it. I've heard that 4chan is the last bastion of free speech, where anything goes and no one gives af. I've downloaded 4chan for chambers, and i made an account on 4chan. But i dont see orange posters or anything like that. How do i get the orange posters? Please help. Thanks.
