How is it possible that Hollywood produces so many movies and TV shows constantly with all the people involved, the amount of time they have to put in per project, etc?

I don’t understand how they are able to produce new content so often. There are so many shows on Netflix alone. More than 200 shows and counting. Netflix probably has to produce at least 3 times the amount of shows they actually release to get that many. And with all the shows, movies, and other content Netflix produces, there’s probably 100 times the amount of content that Netflix has produced than has actually been released. And with all the different jobs involved, such as casting, editing, lighting, sound, etc, how is it possible to still produce this much content especially considering that these people have to work on that 1 project for sometimes several months to over a year?
