Why is the government so interested in the brain?

All of these projects to read and write brain signals. All these projects to push the boundaries of brain machine interfaces. They want to be able to read your brain activity. They want to be able to write to your brain activity. They want to be able to remotely control your computer with your thoughts. They want to be able to control your thoughts with your computer. They want computer created realities. They want to be able to control those realities. They want to be able to control your thoughts. They want to be able to control your actions. So they can technically control your words and your actions. It's been in the pipeline for decades. They want to control everything. They want to be able to see everything. They want to be able to hear everything. They want to be able to monitor everything. They want to be able to track everything. They want to be able to control everything. They want to be able to control your brain signals. They want to be able to read your brain signals. They want to see how our brain functions. They will be able to see our brain signals in a device. They will be able to see how our brain functions in real time. That is heavy. They want to be able to control our thoughts. They want to be able to control our actions. They want to be able to control our brain activity. They want a totalitarian regime where they control everything. They want to be able to monitor everything we do. They want to be able to track everything we do. They want to be able to control everything we do. They want to be able to control our brain signals. They want to be able to read our brain signals. They want a totalitarian regime where they control everything.<br><br>Edit: I might have come off as too negative and defeatist. I don't think that they will be able to control everything. I think it will be a long hard fight before they would ever get to a point where they are able to monitor, track, and control everything. It's so hard to believe that we even made it this far. We will be able to stop them.
