How do you feel about the push to subscriptions?

I really don't want the subscription model. I think it will turn to a lot of upselling. I really like buying tokens and being able to use it whenever I want. It will make ChatGPT less accessible to me and many others who don't have a lot of money. How do you feel/think about the push to subscriptions?
