Thinking about a career change. Any advice?

The last year has been tough for a lot of people and I'm thinking about a career change. I've been a nurse for 8 years and have been blessed with a career in this field. I'm considering the cut in hours and a career change. Any advice on what jobs to look at and how to navigate this change?
