Why do some guys want to be a house hubby?

I’ve been hearing about this more and more, and I don’t know if it’s just that I’m really out of my circle, but I don’t understand.<br><br>There are a lot of guys saying they want to be a house husband. They say that they don’t want to buy a house, they don’t want to have a career, they don’t want to work, they want to stay home, they want to maybe have a part time job, but they want to be reliant on a spouse. They’ll even go as far to say they want to be a single dad, have a kid on their own, adopt a child, but they just want to be a stay at home parent, so a stay at home dad.<br><br>I don’t know if this is just social media, I don’t know if it’s just a bunch of young guys and maybe they will change when they get older, but I don’t get it. Why would any man want to do that? Why would you want to give up your whole life, your ability to be independent, your ability to generate wealth, everything that makes you who you are, just to stay home and be a dad?
