My claim is simple: **the stress you feel is directly proportional to the gap between what you feel you need to do and what you actually end up doing.**<br><br>In other words: in the end, you will do what needs to be done. If it’s a chore, you will do it with a terrible feeling of dread and procrastination. If it’s work, you will be anxious about it and feel like you are falling behind. If it’s taxes… well, you get the idea. You will have to do it in the end, and you might as well do it with a smile on your face instead of a scowl.
