My school just banned AI and i feel guilty

So my school just banned-runthroughs and other AI generated homework. Not sure what’s wrong with me I’m just a freshman but I feel guilty. I don’t even do much of my schoolwork and I feel like a bad person every time I do. I don’t really use AI to do my work I barely do the homework to begin with, but I’m just so conflicted. I don’t know what to do.
