Google has deleted my 11-year-old daughter’s Google account and locked her out of her schoolwork.

I am a Network Security Admin, with 30+ years experience in technology. I am 100% a Google fanboy. Google products and services are the best in the industry. I have seen some poor Googlers once and a while, but Google tech support was a shining star. I used to recommend Google tech support as an example of good tech support to all my clients.<br><br>I am a father of an 11 year old girl, a 6th grader at a local middle school. The school uses Google 100%. My daughter has a $80 Chromebook that she has used for 2 years now, and another Chromebook which is for travel. My wife and I both have a Google Pixel phone, and use Google Home smart speakers around the house. All three of us have Google Pixel watches. We use Google Fi for cell service, and we have Google Fiber internet (1gb) at home, and Google Fiber phone service. Our home network is 100% Google. Everything is Google. We even have two Google Home Hubs in the house. <br><br>My daughter is taking a French class, at school. In this class, she uses a Google voice-to-text service, to write French. Note: This service is not Google Voice. There is some type of voice-to-text censorship, that is native to the Google voice-to-text service that Google offers. This service keeps a queue of the things that she tries to write. If she tries to write the word “shitty”, it will be flagged on the queue. Once she hits such a word, such as “shitty”, once accumulated, she will have 5 words, she is locked out of the voice-to-text service. This is where the problem begins.<br><br>On Friday, she tried to write the word “shitty” in her voice-to-text service, and then she tried to write “I am stupid”. The “I am stupid” phrase got her locked out of the Google Voice-to-Text service. On Monday morning, we were notified that her Google account was going to be deleted, and she was locked out of Google Classroom, Google Drive, and all her Google services, including voice-to-text. She missed school on Monday, to sit on the phone with Google tech support, for 11 hours. I was also on the call for 11 hours, and we were unable to get her account unlocked. <br><br>On Tuesday morning, she was unable to do her assignments for school because her account was locked. Google tech support spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, and said that there was nothing that they could do. Google would not provide any explanation on why her account was deleted, and they will not lift the hold on her account. Google offered an expedited review, which would cost $150. I paid $150 for the expedited review, and still nothing. <br><br>My daughter cannot do her schoolwork. She can’t do her research. She can’t go to classes. She is locked out of her school. I am on the phone with Google tech support right now, and we are about to hit 4 hours on the phone. Google is unwilling to do anything to help my daughter. They are unwilling to lift the hold on her account, or provide any kind of temporary account until the hold is removed. Google will not provide any explanation on why her account was locked. This is a nightmare, and it is completely unreasonable. <br><br>What can I do?
