If I broke into a guys house to rob him and he had a gun and shot me, would I be able to sue for damages?

I’m being serious about this bc there’s a case currently going on where there was a female that broke into this guys house and the homeowner shot her. She’s winning the case ???<br><br>Edit: this is a hypothetical question it’s not something I want to do. People are saying that I’m not being serious about what I’m asking about.
