My son walked in on my wife and I having sex.

My son is 10 y/o. We've talked to him about sex, but we've never done "the talk" (I think that's a terrible idea). We've talked about it a little at a time, so he knows the basics of how it works and why we do it. <br><br>My wife, T, and I were in bed, and we thought he was at his friends house. He walked in the room, which caught us by surprise. I was in the doggy style position, and he walked in behind me, so he had a direct view of what was going on. <br><br>He looked terrified, so we froze, and I let out a "oh shit!" or something like that. I totally forgot how to work my legs, so my wife had to help me get off of her, and then I stood up. From my perspective, I could see my son's face, but my wife had her back turned to him. <br><br>Then he turned around and ran out of the house. We jumped out of bed, put some clothes on, and ran after him. He went to his friend's house down the street. <br><br>We went inside, and got him to calm down, and we talked about what he saw. He said he felt grossed out, and he didn't think that pop and mom still did "that stuff." It was adorable that he had no idea that grown ups continued to have sex. I told him that we do it more than anyone, because we're practicing for when I'm old. <br><br>He seemed ok, but I could tell he was still grossed out. We told him we would pick him up from his friends house for dinner, and then we went home, closed all the blinds, and did a victory lap.<br><br>Edit - I know this sounds ridiculous, but I think my son blocked the visual by erasing it from his memory. He's never brought it up again since then.
