How do I keep down weight while doing meal prep?

I started doing meal prep to help balance my lifestyle; family, job, and school. Its been about a month or so and I noticed I have gained about 10+ pounds. I don’t want to give up meal prep because it has helped me with time management and my stress levels, but I also want to go back to my weight. I feel like I’m stuck between 2 choices and don’t know what to do.<br><br>I prep 5 meals a week, each meal is 2 portions. I use the same ingredients most weeks like chicken breast, rice, beans, bell peppers, onions, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Occasionally I’ll change up the ingredients or add a protein shake. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!
