On my 2nd go on the same Mare. 27 and 28

I did my first breeder friendly go (mentioned in the posted thread) on a 20 yr old Mare and my wife raved about it. (happens to be 3 1/2 months pregnant the 2nd time I do this one) I do 3 more goes, get pics, pay my fee, and was told they'll be in touch if they're 2nd curious.... That call never comes... <br>Well, that same Mare is the first one they reach out to me about for a 2nd go..... 8 years later. I'm not certain about this and kind of hesitant, but I'll get to do it twice this time! It's like riding a bicycle, right? Turns out, I'm in MUCH better shape this time around.. <br>So after I said yes, I had a couple of weeks to get in touch with the Mare and chat with / ask her questions. She was told I'm coming for a 2nd go and was stoked (I'm guessing less awkward this time around) We set up a zoom chat and it was very interesting. I'm wondering if she thought of me over the years since last time.. (she did) She tells me she's still with her husband of 15+ years and they have 2 boys from her 2nd insemination here @ r/breeding. <br>The call just makes me more excited to do this again! <br><br>The day of the 2nd goes arrives and I'm in a very good, relaxed mood (unlike the 1st time) I'm very chatty and can joke around with the donor coordinator who's collecting my sample. She's really excited for me, the Mare, and this "reunion" I'm about to have. I joke about being anxious the 1st time about this whole process... "Not this time, I'm ready and expectant!" I get done in 5 min and she leaves me to "clean up" before heading down. <br><br>After I head down to the door and am greeted, and I said to the Mare, "I guess you're 3/3 on successful pregnancies" and she's smiling / laughing saying "2/2 was a charm" I'm introduced to her husband / donor coordinator (same guy as last time). We chat a bit about the last time, they ask me a few questions, then head off to the private room. <br><br>It WAS, indeed, like riding a bike. I was totally in the zone, (with only 1 pop) in about 5 min. I was just so comfortable and ready to get this done. The Mare looks the same, if not more hot / pretty... The husband finds it humorous that we're sports fans (hockey) and she's wearing her favorite team's t-shirt. We exchange jerseys afterwards, and get a / couple of pics taken... <br><br>All in all, a really great experience this time around. Just hope I, and my swimmers, can still do the job! <br>Thank you for reading, and may the swimmers be ever in your favor! <br><br>TL/DR <br>Got to do a 2nd go with the same Mare... 8 years later. Definitely less awkward and more enjoyable the 2nd time around. Just have to wait and see if we're successful again!
