I want to start watching anime where do I go from here?

I want to start watching anime and am not sure where to go from here. I have Disney+ and Amazon Prime. I see there is crunchyroll premium on Amazon Prime but would you recommend that or to get a subscription to crunchyroll.com instead? I am interested in watching most anything, but am leaning towards Japanese drama or adult drama the most.
