Actually being a professional chef makes home cooking more difficult

I work in high end restaurants and love my job. The only problem is I’m in the middle of a pandemic and unable to work. I’m not the best cook at my current job, but people say I’m talented. I do have a passion for food and a passion for seeing people enjoy the food I make. Anyways. I find it really difficult to make proper food when I’m in the comfort of my own home. I’m so used to all the tools and appliances my kitchen has that I struggle to make even a simple meal when I’m home. I put so much effort and time into work and it’s difficult to do that again at home. Sometimes just the thought of chopping a quarter of a bag of thyme is enough to make me order food.
