My wife live streams herself being a housewife. She is better than Martha Stewart.

I absolutely believe these statements. We have come to a partnership that she can do this if she maintains 80% of the house.

I have watched her do tutorials. She is good live. She live streams and it is 100% her raw.

She cannot answer the comments fast enough. She barely has time for the next stream.

She is struggling with management and scheduling.

We have talked. I'm encouraging her to outsource 30% of the content and hire some virtual people.

I need some help planning this out. She says there are a lot of virtual assistants for this stuff but she doesn't know where to start.

I want to hire people. We are at the point where her time is best spent on content and management.

For these virtual assistants, do you recommend Upwork? Fiverr? Do you know those websites?

Right now, she can't keep up with the schedule of raw content. She will do 2 hours of raw content a day. Then she will hire people to edit it. We know how to hire people to edit video.

Right now, she can't keep up with the schedule of raw content. She will do 2 hours of raw content a day. Then she will hire people to edit it. She sometimes can't do this because she is on the phone with Upwork.

She won't outsource the actual content creation. She wants to do that herself.

She wants to hire people to help source the content.

For instance, if she made a recipe, that recipe needs to be written down for the comments. Or if she did a tutorial, she needs to recreate the steps.

Her idea was to get virtual people to go through the video and get the steps/recipe written down. Then she can just review them for accuracy.

But these people are so hard to find. And they are wildly inconsistent.

I don't know. I just want my wife to be happy.
