How to answer teachers’ questions?

At Chinese university, all of my teachers already figured out that I’m not Chinese. So I’m 100% expecting them to ask me questions in Mandarin in front of the entire class like “Where are you from?” “Why are you here?” “What’s your name?” stuff like that.... But I’m still nervous that I’ll forget my answers and I know they’re not going to talk slow and clearly so I’m worried I won’t understand what they’re saying.<br><br>How have you guys answered questions like these from teachers and professors?
