When you start a new job on the weekend, start your contract on whatever day that is.

If you start a weekend job on Thursday, your first pay period starts on Thursday not next Sunday. If you start on Sunday, your first pay period begins on Sunday. Maybe this is how most businesses operate, idk. I’ve had several Saturday and Sunday starts. <br><br>For example, my fiance started on a Tuesday and our pay day is the same. Why not just make our pay period a different start day? I can’t explain why that particular day was picked. I’m sure it’s not based solely on the day we started.
