How do you use your magic for evicting people?

I’m talking about a roommate, or a family member who has overstayed their welcome. I know there’s a common spell for a roommate situation where you write all of the things the roommate does wrong on a piece of paper, cover it with honey, leave it in the freezer, and then take it out to the trash on move out day. But I’ve used that spell on two different people and it didn’t work. My mom rents out a room in her house. She’s a single woman, and she’s a widow. It’s a large house. She’s not trying to be greedy. She’s trying to make ends meet. And she’s about to have a roommates. Been here for two months. The roommate is a man. This is a diverse multicultural household. The man is white. The man has gone up to random people in the house and said, “Your culture is a crime, stop engaging in it!” This is a polyamorous and queer friendly household. The man has gone up to random people in the house and said, “Your vile creepiness is a sin!” The man is a racist, homophobic, sexist, transphobic asshole. He’s already gone up and down the hallways knocking on people’s doors saying he’s leaving soon, because he’s made everyone in the house miserable, and that we should be grateful. He has refused to do chores. He has gone off on people for eating things out of his fridge, and threatened to call the police. He has gone off on people for eating things out of the communal fridge, and threatened to call the police. He has been incredibly rude and hostile to everyone in the house. No one likes him. And no one wants him to stay. But he’s a perfect tenant from a financial standpoint. And he’s the best my mom can do on the budget and with the company she’s working with. He’s a very good tenant in the financial sense. But he’s brought the household into chaos. So how can all of you make magic to get this asshole out of my mom’s house?
