I (F24) left a note to my fiance (M29) asking for a break and he assumed I was joking because I'm pregnant.

Hi, <br>I need advice as nothing like this has ever happened to me before. <br>Me and my fiance have been together for 6 years. We planned on getting married next year (May 2024) but I found out I was pregnant 2 months ago (I'm 12 weeks now). We both are happy about this although it was not in our original plans. <br>He proposed to me when I was 4 months pregnant with our baby. <br>This is when things changed. <br>He started becoming more controlling. <br>He gets mad whenever I wear anything tight. He says it's embarrassing when strangers stare at my belly. <br>He doesn't like whenever I leave the house unless necessary. He even started calling me lazy and says "you're already fat, so stop trying to make it worse". <br>He's suddenly started demanding more attention and whenever I'm tired or not in the mood, he accuses me of neglecting him. <br>He also started making comments on my appearance. <br>I'm 5 months pregnant and I can see the changes in me. I didn't mind the weight gain but he keeps pointing it out. <br>I was so tired of this that I wrote him a note asking for a break. <br>I left the note in his lunchbox. <br>I came home from work to find him holding the note and laughing... I thought he was mad but he hugged me and said "you're so funny". <br>I asked what he meant and he told me "a break? You're already pregnant, we're already engaged. Where will you go?". <br>I was heartbroken and I told him I wanted to go to my parents. I didn't expect him to laugh harder at this. He said "they're gonna kick you out too. Why waste time?". <br>I'm so confused. I really need advice on this.
