If you've created a species for your world, you should really have a reason for them to exist.

I see a lot of questions around, "How do I make my Panda people not be slaves?" or "How do I make my wolf people not be pack wolves?"<br><br>The answer is, why do they exist at all? What's their role in society? What makes them unique as a species? Why are they relevant to the world? Why are they the ones that you are writing about?<br><br>Don't make a species just because it's cool. Make it because they serve a purpose to the world and to your story.
