…<br>…if he were to speak them to her, you see.<br><br>How long do you think it would take, for the weight of his words to crush her heart?<br><br>Would love creak through his trespassing, or would it give right from the start?<br><br>Or do you think he would never speak those words to her, for he would know that the weight of his voice is far greater than hers?<br><br>That his words, like his footsteps, would run over her like a child. <br><br>Women are not children. <br>And men, you are not giants. <br><br>I wait in anticipation, for men to step out of their monstrous shadows. <br>…for the children to grow up.
