I woke up late last night crying and screaming

I woke up last night having a panic attack and crying and screaming. I don't know what's wrong with me. I stayed awake for a long time. I'm going to try to reach out to a crisis center. I can't sleep and I can't eat. It's just this feeling that something bad happened or is going to happen. I'm getting a lot of support from online communities and friends. You all mean a lot to me. I'll be okay.
