How do I stop my children from misbehaving when a sub is in the classroom?

My school has the worst subs ever. They don’t take my classroom management plans seriously or my lesson plans for that matter. They usually just let the kids do whatever the fuck they want and it causes issues for days after they’re gone. How do I stop this from happening? I’m really fucking exhausted and need help. I can’t keep having to drag my classroom back on track every time I have to be out for training or sick.<br><br>Help a bitch out.
