My GF lost her job because of her hair.

So... My girlfriend is black, and she’s always had long hair that was straight and stuff. But you know how black people’s hair grows naturally curly. Well she wanted to stop using as much chemical stuff in her hair and wanted to go more natural. So she got this hair stuff that makes all her hair curly and it looks really nice tbh. She’s really happy with her hair now. Its cut short too. <br><br>Well she works at a company where she has to meet people and important stuff. She went to work one day and they told her that they were getting complaints about her hair and she needed to change it back. She said no and they said that if she came to work tomorrow looking like that then they would have to let her go. Well she came to work the next day and they fired her. <br><br>I don’t get it, her hair is just a little curlier. I don’t get why they would fire her over hair. Just wanted to see what other people thought about this. It seems kind of racist.
