CMV: In a modern society which values freedom of speech above all else, we should have separate schools (or at least classes) for students who believe in creationism and those who believe in evolution.

I believe that, in a society that values freedom of speech and religion above all else, it should be law that students who are creationist Christians (or whatever religion they are) are taught in separate classes (or schools) from those who believe in evolution. For example, a Christian student should not be forced to learn evolutionist teachings and vise versa. Now, some of you may think that students should be taught both sides of the argument and to "decide for themselves", which is also the basis of far-right neo-liberalism. However, I believe this is regressive and demeaning to individual beliefs. Having teachers, who are often times non-religious, teach classes on religious beliefs undermines religious respect and creates a sense of scrutiny on religious students. This is just another example of how the modern left still hasn't learned to respect religious beliefs.

Edit: I'm getting a lot of comments like "So, I guess we should have a separate school for flat earthers?". That's not really a good argument. The flat earth argument is more about the validity of the argument itself, not so much the beliefs of the people who believe it. This is more about respecting the beliefs of religious students lest they get scrutiny and judged by non religious people.

Edit no 2: I'm also getting a lot of comments about how "religion has no place in schools". I'm not saying religion should be taught in schools (like in the 1950's), but rather, there should be different classes based on what a students beliefs are.
