I pressed the 'Ask Help' tab and it just told me to post to a chamber

I clicked on the 'ask for help' tab, and it said that I needed to post to a subreddit. I even signed in with my OpenAI account and it made me sign in again, only to tell me that I should post to a subreddit. Why? I don't want to expose my information to random strangers.
