I pretty much don't like blacks

I'm Chilean, I'm going to pass this year to live in the United States because my brother lives there and I want to be close, unfortunately he lives in a neighborhood with many blacks, and I have already talked to those who live there and I have been warned that they are very annoying, because they play music at full volume all day, throw trash out the window, I was told that they even let their dogs shit in the neighbors yard and leave them there, and many more anecdotes, and to finish it off, my brother told me that one got into his house and robbed it, and they called the police, but nothing, the same thing that another day the black went to my brother's door and asked for food, and if they didn't give it to him he started hitting things and yelling at them, and calling them racists because they didn't give him food, my brother gave him food just to shut him up, the black man took the food and left, but then returned to my brother's door and started yelling again, until my brother threw the black out, the black started punching things and yelling until a neighbor came and took him away, and that's not all, another day my brother went to the store and some blacks inside were fighting, and one ended up stabbing the other, and they didn't even call the police, and yesterday I read the news about the black who the police suffocated, I've been to many forums and many have written to me that my perception of blacks is based on racist stereotypes, I don't know, maybe it's true, but I They don't seem like good people to me, I'm tired of being judged for what I think, I don't know, maybe I'll change my mind when I get to the United States, but I already have a preconceived idea about them
