How can I move from freelance to full time?

I've been freelancing full time since last summer. It's been a great way to learn, because I've worked in multiple languages and on diverse projects. However, it's been really unstable. I've had clients cancel contracts, projects get pushed back until who knows when, but I still need an income.<br><br>I'd love to move to be a full time contractor at a single company. The problem I'm running into is that I don't have any traditional W2 experience.<br><br>How can I go from being a one woman show to being a W2 employee? I'd love to join a team, work on one project, and have health insurance.<br><br>TLDR: Freelance full time since last summer, want to transition to W2 employee, but lack traditional experience.
