Buyer beware of fake/trade mark infringed items

Hi,<br><br>I have seen tons of people buying the fake items such as Fabc prod, magpro, and so on. I am sure there are other companies out there that are doing the same thing. <br><br>Some companies made the complaint to the 502 and Ebay for trademark infringements. I have spoken with few sellers and they told me that they will not be able to send out items due to partial refunds and they told me to open a case with Ebay. <br><br>This is just a heads up for people who are looking for fake and or trademark infringed items.
