Trump is the joke America didn’t laugh at, because it was too deadpan. It also added to the drama of the 2020 election, something to look forward to. (Edit: incase you haven’t noticed, the joke of it all was that after 4 years of him as president and getting over the culture shock, he’s not so bad.)
