Some people are just too Fucking DUMB

This might be a controversial one but oh well <br><br>People with a low mental age are just too fucking stupid they are often self destructive and destroy lots / everything they touch they often have little self awareness and can't function as a productive member of society. Why does a person who strands on the lower end of the intelligence scale get to exist why should they be allowed to procreate and more than likely produce children that are also stupid / have issues<br><br>Around 2% of the population have an IQ below 69 <br>That's 150,000,000 people that are just too fucking stupid to function
