Despite being a productive person, I am unable to complete my office work.

Hey guys, <br><br>I completed my masters in Ireland recently and the past few months i've been trying to get a visa extension but it seems like it's going to take a while.<br><br>I started working from last month but I can't seem to finish my tasks for the day. I am someone who has managed to finish my masters whilst working full time. I am also a person who has completed the 100 day challenge on Duolingo and my Duolingo streak is of 400 days now. I have been able to manage my daily tasks, especially studying and working, effectively for the past two years.<br><br>I am not sure how I am unable to finish tasks which take around two hours to complete. Because of this, it's taking me around 8 hours to complete 2 hours worth of work. I am finding it really hard as it is affecting my work. <br><br>What would you suggest to do to finish my office work on time?
