Why do everyone keep suggesting the Pomodoro Technique? The science behind this shows that it is just like the standard "work-stop" methods, and not any better.

I have seen like a lot of people saying to use the Pomodoro Technique, but I don't see how this is any better. This is essentially the same technique, and many experiments and studies shows that it is not a better than a regular work-stop method. It is one of the more optimal ways, but it is not any better. Personal experience of it working for you shouldn't be suggested to others as it is just a personal anecdote.
