Usually, I remember fairly well because I'm focused and not busy otherwise so I can remember so I barely need to revise but lately, I've been in a bit of a slump.

So I've been doing low information diets and I believe it really helps to absorb information.

I get sick of people telling you to watch less TV or avoid social media and give you no advice of what to do instead.

Over the last three weeks, I have tried two things:

1. Eating gelatinous, sticky, gooey food such as jelly or sticky rice before studying. This makes me so sick that I don't feel like eating.

2. I'm super good at doing things at the last minute but I did not prepare anything to read. I remember a lot of what I read when I have no other choice.

I'm not saying this will work for everyone but it definitely helped me so I wanna spread this around.
