Last night was the strangest night of my life

So it's 8:30 am, I'm on a bus so I'll keep this short. Last night I drank a bottle of wine and smoked some mj. Now high and drunk I decided to take a walk. Every person I saw was looking at me. Like every person. I walked past two guys smoking a joint, they just looked at me. I tried to make small talk with a homeless guy he just looked at me. Then I saw a girl with a man and a kid. I tried to make small talk again and when I saw them again later that night they were all looking at me. Then ppl started following me. Like one girl in a pink sweater was behind me for 5 minutes. I've never felt so paranoid and angry at the same time. I went home and watched a video about the mandella effect. I don't know what's going on.
