My brother is going to have a baby, and advice on how to save money would be appreciated!

As you can figure out, my brother is going to have a baby. In 10 months. He and his S.O. are happy as hell, but this was not planned. They are moving in together and they both don't have good jobs, but I advice my brother to save some money. Any advice on this matter would be appreciated.
