Can I move to Europe for work?

So one of my closest friends is moving to Hamburg, Germany in mid June for about 2 years for work and I want to move to Europe as well because I've always wanted to live there for a while. I'm 26 and work in the financial industry as a Compliance Analyst for one of the biggest banks in America. I live in Florida, USA and I've worked remotely since Covid and before that I worked in our headquarters in NYC. I still have a lease in NYC that I rent out and I stay at that apartment on the weekends to keep myself busy. I have a two year lease that expires in September. I'm just not sure what to do and if I should try and find a job in Europe to live there for a while or continue to live out my lease. I'm worried that this is my only opportunity to move to Europe but I'm also worried about leaving my job because I'm 26 and don't have many other friends out in the world. I'm not sure if I should try and take time off to Europe or just stay in the USA since I'm not sure if I can easily move outside of the USA without a job to support myself. I have enough money to cover me for a while but I don't think it's enough to live in another country for a longtime.

So what should I do?
