There are plenty of decent women in their 30s and 40s.

If you're a guy in his 20s, stop wasting your time banging 20something chicks. They aren't worth the effort. If you're over 35, stop wasting your time with women under 30. Same reason. They're shallow and narcissistic, and most of them are extremely promiscuous. <br><br>The average woman doesn't get mature enough to be worth your time until she's in her late 30s or even 40s. By this time in her life, she's lived a full life, experienced ups and downs, and will have the maturity to judge a situation correctly. Plus, a 40 year old woman knows she doesn't have a whole lot of time to mess around, and needs a man to spend the rest of her life with, while a 20something is still deluded enough to think she's still got 10-15 years to enjoy her "youth" and have lots of random hookups. <br><br>This is my experience, but I'll be interested in hearing yours.
